Our vision is to modernize automation by bringing reliable, autonomous robotic systems into real-world operations across industries worldwide—transforming how essential work is done through scalable, practical technology.
Ice resurfacing is still built around a single, heavy machine, creating unavoidable downtime between sessions. For rinks operating on tight schedules and margins, this downtime limits ice availability, increases operating costs, and creates a single point of failure in daily operations.
THE SOLUTION
Rayzor replaces traditional single-machine resurfacing with a coordinated fleet of autonomous robots operating in parallel. This approach reduces downtime, removes single points of failure, and enables faster, more reliable resurfacing without disrupting existing rink workflows.
Rayzor’s autonomy stack is built using NVIDIA Isaac to simulate, train, and validate robotic behavior before real-world deployment. By leveraging high-fidelity simulation and robotics tooling, we accelerate development while ensuring safe, reliable operation in complex environments like ice rinks.
